Soft floor

Just wanted to write to tell all owners and new customers StarCraft will not repair a soft floor less than two years after purchase. The floor is soft like it had water damage took it to a dealer they inspected no water damage plywood coming apart. StarCraft response is that’s in the one-year warranty and it’s not structural which is three years, The product that they’re using is inferior for the price that you pay for a trailer you would think the floor would last longer than two years. The dealer said it’s a major job to change you’re looking at between five and $10,000 for repairs. This will be the last Jayco/StarCraft that I will ever purchase when a product does not last in more than two years it’s a shame.
