Rear Bed Door Leak

We own a 2018 Launch 16rb. We love it and for 3 years we had 0 issues. We noticed when coming home from our last trip out though that the rear fold out bed had some of the paper cover bubbling up. It peeled right off and revealed a pretty good sized area of rotted wood. I dried everything out, caulked the outside door seam (see image) but it rained last night and it still leaked in. It's seeping up from the bottom of the floor and I'm at a little bit of a loss as to how.

The seals all look like they are in excellent shape. It closes tight. There is no canvas stuck anywhere. I'm in the process of talking to Challenger for a new door bed (so i can rebuild this one and have a spare). Any insight on what I might be missing here?
