Yes, as I remember there was a rubber gasket along the bottom of the factory Danny AC unit that was glued on and then fit into a slot on the RV. I ended up using a thin blades putty knife to reach up under the AC and essentially cut/tear the gasket so I could remove the AC unit.
Good luck!

16RB Window AC replacement?
Hi All,
I have a 2013 Launch 16RB Hybrid. This is one of the units that has an 8000 BTU Danby window type air conditioner installed over the top of the refrigerator.
I was going to replace this unit but am having some serious issues removing the existing Danby unit. I would think it is just held in place by the front screws and once removed the unit should be able to slide out. However, it feels like there is something else holding this unit in...I can wiggle it side to side slightly, but for the life of me can't get the thing to slide out.
Has anyone here replaced one of those before? Any advice?
Thanks!
