Launch Hybrid bunkends

Bought our Camper in August and still working with Camping World to get it replaced. We also have a delamination problem we noticed last weekend on the front bunk. Have a feeling the whole front will need to be replaced. Camping World has been a nightmare to work with, but we drop it off this weekend to see what they can do. Hot water heater won’t work either.

Camping World is submitting the warranty this week 9/19/18. I have 2 bed tents that need to be replaced due to over torque and the 3rd is approved to be replaced for a ripped screen.

I'm curious if other launch owners have had this problem with their bunkends. Mine have developed cracks in the plastic where the canvas attaches to the camper. I found the cracks less than a month after my warranty expired. So Starcraft will not cover them. I will attach pictures but i believe this is a design flaw or careless torquing of the screws by the factory.
