If that's all, can you weld? I made my own hitch for my 5'er. The square tube is just that, a place to store the sewer hose. There is no structure to it. If you don't weld, a welding shop and add a bar between the frame rails under or behind it and then make you a receiver or weld a receiver to that. Probably won't cost much.

I put on on my previous 5'er. I doubt you'll find one specific for your model as a bolt on. What are you going to be connecting to it? Whatever it is, it will directly impact tongue weight and balance.
