New tow vehicle brake issue

Check in your glove box for 1 or 2 fuses. They ship the trucks with them not installed. They are for the rear 7 prong plug they install under the hood. Look at the diagram in the om I can not remember which slots but they are empty

Picked up a 2016 F250 and the brake controller isn't recognizing the trailer. Anyone have this issue before? Brought it by the Ford place and everything with the truck is fine.
