New 24rls TV upgrade

Finally got an answer. My dealer has ordered me a new 28 inch TV a different brand Jensen I think.Will
Exchange it in 2 weeks or so.

You had me worried. I think ours 24rls was built about the same time as yours. I went out to where ours is stored and checked to make sure it was 28". We were OK.

I haven't had a need to contact Starcraft for anything, but our dealer Colerain in Indianapolis has been great. The guy that did the walk-thru with us noticed a small scuff mark on the refrigerator door and immediately order a new panel. My wife was impressed that there wasn't even a fingerprint to be found anywhere inside or outside the trailer. It was immaculate. Couldn't say that about the last one we bought a Camping World.

We love our new 24rls. New buyers beware of a problem.We paid for the 28 inch upgrade and did not think to measure it. It is the standard 26 inch continu- us 2610 Should be contin-us 2820. I am still waiting to hear back from StarCraft and the dealer. Have heard cust. Service at StarCraft is good, I hope so.
