That wire with the 2 connectors is supposed to be always hot for that circuit to work, properly. I bet, the factory made a mistake and that isn't really a hot wire. I bet one of the 2 single connector white wires is the hot. A tech with a voltmeter could fix that very quickly.
I can tell you the steps.
Find the always hot, that wire gets 2 connectors, 1 for each switch. **Most important step
the other 2 wires would have 1 connector that goes to each switch.
The always hot is very likely the single connector wire connected to the inside light switch The double connector wire is very likely the feed to the inside light that should be a single connector. The other single connector is the feed to the outside light.
That's my opinion.

Light switch Issues
I have a 2016 Autumn Ridge Mini Extreme 18 BHS that has a funky light switch problem. There is a dual light switch by the door that has a switch for the outside light and a switch for the inside lights. The problem is that the outside light will only turn on if the inside lights are on. I have tried re-arranging the wires on the switch but I cannot seem to get the outside light to come on independently. This is a problem when kids go to bed early but my wife and I still want light under the awning . Anyone have any ideas on what I should try? Attached are some pictures of the wiring. The switch that has the blue connector with the white/black wire coming out of both sides of it is the switch for the outside light.
