Outside speakers

We have a 21fbs and speakers didn't work. Before it got back to the dealer, tho', ran the awning out one day and huh, speakers worked! Of course the dealer could not get it to act up, so next outting speakers were erratic. But now that we know the secret, we can usually get 'em to work. There's a knot of wires in the forward arm of the awning that I am willing to bet has a less than great connection, and road bounce and awning use affect whether or not it works. Just giving you another thing to consider.

You have to use the left right balance left is inside middle is both and right is outside or vice versa. Dumb system but it works may be called l rt balance

I have the Furrion DV5600 stereo CD/DVD in my 2019 24RLS and can't figure out how to get the outside speakers to work. Can't find anything in the manual. Thanks for your help.
