I will measure the next time we camp. Right now it is parked on gravel that is low in tongue area. I had a 210 fun finder and no height changes were needed the bars are level but are tighter than before. Towes great and is level.

UCT - since you have your new 24rls, I'm sure you don't need this info anymore But I'd still like to hear how yours compares to mine. With my 24rls unhooked and on a level (according to my level board) asphalt campsite, it measures 16 5/8" to the top of the coupler. With it hooked to my truck, it measures 17 1/2" to the top of the coupler or ball. I was a little surprised, because it looks level connected to the truck but it's really almost an inch high. I even checked it again later in a different place. It rides OK, so I don't plan to do anything about it. Besides I'd have to get a special shank. It's set as low as it can go.

Well the bottom of the 24rls trailer coupler would have to be about 19" from the ground unloaded. It might go down to 18" or 17" fully loaded. BTW, I have a Camco Eaz-Lift 48054 w/d which I had been using with a Jayco Jay Flight Swift SLX 185RB. My dealer didn't have to change the shank position or anything. In other words, both of those trailers must have the same coupler height.

Thanks but what I really need is the height of the coupler when the trailer is level My w/d hitch and truck is probably different than yours

My 24rls is in storage. But I just measured my truck's receiver, and it is 19 inches to the top edge of the tube. If I remember correctly, the bottom of the hitch ball is even with the top of my receiver tube. It seems about the perfect height for the trailer.
