Burned Biscuits

Do you have problems with the bottoms of your biscuits burning in your camper's oven? My wife found a post somewhere that mentioned placing (4) unglazed tiles in the oven right below the baking grate. These smaller lighter weight ovens allow the heat to fluctuate too much. The tiles hold heat and even it out. Well, guess what - it works! The 6" x 6" tiles cost 49 cents each at Menards. Nice fix for $2.
