Buying wholesale vs. a dealer

Hello, everyone.
I'm wondering if there are any drawbacks from buying from a wholesaler. I have found a wicked good deal on a Starcraft expandable. The nearby dealer says he can't even get the camper at cost for the price the wholesaler is selling it for. So, what are the drawbacks? Is there any reason not to take the cheap price?
