I also have had horrid experience with the Camping World near me, in CA.

Have purchased from them, tried to go back and buy two other trailers before giving up and had marginal Service department work.

So the whole Marcus Lemonis motto "I'm not happy unless you are happy", is because they are hurting and its because of their drive for profits over satisfied customer IMHO.

Some of the issues I had I tried to contact the Office of the Chairman several years back with NO response.

Now Marcus is saying come to me with your issues and giving a couple of contact options. Doesn't mean you will get a resolution, but it is good PR for the uninitiated.

I have felt your PAIN, and probably in the same location!

If you are in the Nashville area and need service on your camper, please be careful dealing with Camping World. We have had numerous issues with their service department's workmanship and lack of honesty since purchasing our camper from them in October 2017.
