2008 Starstream questions

hi folks. I'm new to this forum and looking for info on 2008 Starstreams. I found one for sale, it's a 23QB. I have owned other trailers, but before I look at this one, I was hoping for some insight from other owners.
Are there any problems or issues that a lot of you are finding that I should watch for?
Are there any leakage issues that a lot of people experience?
How does the exterior aluminum siding hold up overtime?
Has anyone had delamination problems?

I just sold a 2014 30 Ft PrimeTime trailer that had 2 slides. The build quality was horrible and the big slide was a source of constant issues.
