I emailed and asked for a floor diagram that showed where the floor joist/runners were. They sent me a pdf of the diagram. I'd email Starcraft or call their 800 customer support number. Be sure you give the VIN number of your trailer.

Ask for cad drawings. Structural drawings. Got mine last year

Model Build sheet???

I have read several posts on here that claim they are getting a build sheet or data sheet from Starcraft so that they know the proper location of studs or floor joists, and such. I emailed them asking for a build sheet for our TT and they responded that they do not have one. I replied saying I wanted to know where to mount a TV, and they sent me a PFD of an Owners Manual from 2008 while our unit is a 2017. Am I emailing the wrong company?
