I don't know what the difference is between the 5100 and the 5600, except that the 5600 is a newer model and that the 5100 is not available anymore.

I had a problem with the Furrion DV5100 radio and DVD player in our StarCraft Launch 26RLS, I called Furrion customer service and was told that the 5100 was no longer available and that they would warranty the 5100 and send me a 5600 to replace it with. No muss no fuss just send the old unit back to them when I receive the new one. It would be great if all customer service was this good. Thanks Furrion.
