Fastway E2 equalizer hitch
Re: Fastway E2 equalizer hitch
Good decision! I would definitely have the dealer set it up and show you how to take it on & off. It's easy after that. The initial adjustments are critical. Get them wrong and the equalizer hitch will do more harm than good.

Thanks! I think we're just gonna let the dealer do it. He will do it for $50 so works out better for us.

Re: Fastway E2 equalizer hitch
In most cases the equalizer hitch is just a different receiver connected to the tow vehicle. That part is very simple.
Then you install new connectors (bolt on) for the equalizer bar to the A-frame of the trailer.
With the new receiver in place, you just run the equalizer bar from the attachments on the receiver to the bolted on connections to the A-frame.
It isn't too complicated. Hope this helps.

Fastway E2 equalizer hitch
We are the proud owners of a 2015 AR One Extreme 14RB. I am new to the forum. We need to purchase and install an equalizer hitch and are wondering if it is difficult to do yourself. We are somewhat handy but not sure we could do it. Watched some You Tube videos that made it sound easy. Does anyone have experience with this?
