any Launch 26BHS owners out there?

Thank you for the info. I will definitely ask the dealer to see if this one was included in the recall. I looked at it again yesterday and looked very closely at that strip joining the front fiberglass and diamond plate. I also noticed that the newly arriving units all have a full fiberglass cap on the front. I wonder if this was done because of the leaking problems in those without the cap....

From the looks of the configuration of your trailer and ours, I'd also guess at the same problem we had with the seam between the fiberglass and the diamond plate. A factory recall to our local shop solved the problem easily. The metal strip is removed, a band of sticky, caulky, gooey sealant is applied before the metal strip is re-installed.

Not sure where the front bedroom leaks were on the ones the people were complaining about. I know my 2015 24rls had a recall on a water leak where the fiberglass met the diamond plate. They put a metal strip in that area and caulked it up so maybe they had a similar recall on that model also! I'm very happy with mine had only a couple issues that were taken care of quickly at the dealer!

My wife and I have been looking very closely at a 2016 Launch Ultra Lite 26BHS. We like the layout and features included, and we like the way it looks. Scouring the internet, I've yet to find a happy owner. This particular model is called out twice on starcrafts Facebook page for leaking in the front bedroom. I know most people who post don't have anything good to say, and happy customers are rarely heard from. Still - it has me a bit spooked. Pricing so far is around $18,700 including a TV and cold weather pkg. I thought that sounded like the right ballpark. Are there any happy 26BHS owners out there? Any other thoughts about this model? It's dark grey in color - which I like, but I'm hoping it won't make it much hotter if we take it to the beach this summer (most camping will be forested). Anyway - I'd appreciate any feedback!
