Help!!!! Topper is all installed but the 8 sided rods do not go all the way through the brackets. I either have to mount them to the flange or get longer 8 sided rods waiting to hear back from lippert

Where the awning hits the side of the TT, we bought a special aluminum rail that accepts the edge of the awning. It gets screwed in every 6 inches.

We placed it as high as the rail would go without interfering with the roof assembly.

Thanks I am a little confused as to how you attached the tt end to the fiberglass, a bunch of screws? Did you use a rail?

We have a roll of that thick dicor tape laying around. Use it like a washer that squishes out

A series of little screws just into the fiberglass. There are so many they do the job as a group.
