Got mine in the dead of winter at the dealer, i watched for it on sale, i think I was 400.00 + tx for it including the 4 bike carrier

I don't think I have ever seen a floor plan with double bunk beds that are that big.
When manufacturers say a camper can sleep 6, I laugh. With your plan, I believe it.

Autumn Ridge 278BH
I have a 2012 Autumn Ridge 278BH. Bought it brand new from dealer. Love it. I have added a bike rack over the propane., second battery (and a second one in truck as well). oh and memory foam topper for mattress, and rear laundry hanger
