Is the boosyer on and did you scan for channels on your tv

I have a 2019 Autumn Ridge 20FBS we bought new this past spring and I only pick up 1 or 2 channels with the built in antenna sitting on top of a hill on my property. If I attach a $10 antenna from Walmart, I seem to pick up an average of 20 channels.. Wondering if I need to have mine looked at also.

I have seen the same and found the amplifier was wired wrong. The button with the green LED light on means built in antenna amplified .... green light off means external antenna/cable not amplified. I would recommend troubleshooting or go to the dealer to have it tested and repaired.

I have a 2020 Starcraft Autumn Ridge and the antenna picks up nothing, no matter where we are.

Ours was fine at first, then started having trouble picking up stations. My hubby called Winegard and they said there was no way to disassemble it to see if the coax was coming loose inside the dome without rendering the unit unusable (can't put the top/head back on once removed).
But since it was still under their warranty ( which we had to prove by getting a build list from Starcraft and show proof of purchase date) they did send us a new unit and he was able to pull the top off the original and found the coax had twisted loose. He reattached coax to the new head and assembled it and it's worked ever since. We are very careful to never turn the head if on the roof cleaning.

We had to ship the original head back to Winegard.

it is a crappy antenna. I got same thing. Needs more height and directivity. I bought my own and mount it on a 20 ft pole. Nice

I also have that same type antenna on my rig and I don't have any problems getting TV stations. Since your TT is new, I would have the dealer check out the coax wiring to make sure everything is connected.

I have a 2018 StarCraft Autumn ridge 26bhs it has the Omni directional antenna so all I have to do is plug coax cable into the antenna jack on the wall and push booster button (red light comes on) and then scan for channels.
Very rarely ever finds anything. My old trailer with batwing crank up antenna was much better.
So my question is is this one defective ? Or do others have the same issues?
Same area same campsite as old trailer that got channels and the new one nothing.
