Thx for the suggestion I will try that on the seal, and wax the slideout side to help make it easier to clean! :)

Very nice installation.
Just keep the rubber seals lubricated and you won't have any problems. There are lots of products out there that will work. Personally, I use a silicone spray every couple of months.

Looks amazing! I have a slide and Iv'e thought about that before. If you keep lube or silicone lube spray on the black seal I believe it will not leave marks on the side of your slide out. I haven't noticed any on mine yet. Thanks for sharing your handiwork.

Wanted to avoid having to clean off the tip out every time so had an awning installed. How does it look? Also any suggests for cleaning and preventing the black marks from the rubber seal on the sides of the tip out??
