Where did you find the bike rake that goes over the propane tank?
I don't know if that would work for my camper as I have a tilt out sleeper as its a hybrid. Maybe if the rack can be easily detached or folded down.

then you can use any 2" bike rack you can find, since I do not take mine off I installed bolts through it instead of the quick release bolts
