We have no such plate.

I'm guessing it is the remaining plastic disc from when they cut into the black tank at the factory. Put on a glive and yank it out. You don't want it stuck in the tank or the waste pipe.

I'm wondering anyone that owns a 2015 24rls do you have a plate between your toilet and the black tank? I always seem to have paper and other matter with liquid on top of this plate I know there is a plate because I used a flushing wand and cannot get it past this plate. I'm just wondering if they forgot to remove this plate or what! please let me know if yours has a plate or is it open all the way into the tank. other then it always showing this matter it flushes fine doesn't stop up or nothing it's just bothers me that when the tank is empty I still have this stuff setting there so it really is not empty even though it shows empty sorry for the long post but Thanks for any info!
