uct, you're right on with the winterizing valve! It was open, I closed it and magic!
Thanks to you and to all others for the suggestions!

On my 2016 starcraft launch 26BHS it's located under the dinette seat closest to the fridge if yours is the L shape kitchen. One time I couldn't get my pump to prime. I just kept going from city water to the pump, it finally primed and began pumping water.

I had a strange thing happen the last time I took mine out. The fresh water tank kept filling up while I was on city water. It actually began running out the overfill hose on the bottom of the trailer. Called the dealer and they said if you have more than 30 PSI from the city water spicket (without using a pressure regulator attached to the spicket) the pressure will push open the bladder in the pump and back fill the fresh water tank. I screwed on a pressure regulator (I should use it every time I hook up to city water) and it stopped filling up immediately. I had never had that issue before.

Good luck with your search and remedy for your pump not priming.

Make sure the winterizing valve is closed or it will suck air. On my 24rls the pump is found by removing 2 drawers

Your water tank has to have plenty of water in it or it will blow air. I don’t know exactly where the pump is on your unit, but if you listen for it and open up a cavity or two, you’ll find it. Usually you’d have to remove a couple screws and a blank plate.

This is a new unit, water pump seems to just blow out air.
I can hear pump running and attempting to send water. I'd like to look at how the plumbing is attached to it but can't seem to find it! Can anyone tell me how to access this water pump?
