I think my trailer did the same thing so I tried a different house plug. I realized if the house plug was a GFI plug it would not power up my trailer. I'm not sure if this is your problem or not, it's just an idea.

Must be something common to that particular trailer .... you might want to call the factory to see if they have gotten reports from others around the country. Worth a shot! Report back if they help, please!!

So we’ve narrowed it down to the ground on the 110 wiring. Is there an easy way to access the wiring in the belly of the trailer or do I have to drop all of the panels? There is one access panel that is screwed to the frame. Is it possible to get to the 110 there? Thanks again.

Since the hot and common are disconnected from the 30 amp breaker in the power converter the only thing it could be is the 110 volt wires somewhere between the pigtail and converter ? I don’t have a wiring diagram so I don’t know if anything else comes off of those wires before it goes into the power converter. Thanks again for your help.

9.3 ohms is effectively a dead short with some cable resistance. you find out where you are getting the 9.3 ohms reading from and disconnect it. Problem solved.

Thank you, I did replace the battery and it still tripped the breaker. I disconnected the hot wire and the common going into the converter with the same result. After ohming those wires that lead to the main power cable they showed 9.3 ohms without being connected. I do have 120 volts through the main power cable and it doesn’t trip the breaker until it is connected to the trailer. Could it still be the converter in some weird way or could the main wire be broken between the trailer connector and where it goes into the power converter? Thanks again for your reply.

If all of the breakers inside the trailer are off .... the only thing really left is the DC circuits / battery charger. A bad battery charger could definitely trip the breaker.

We have a 2016 26RLS Launch, with all of the breakers inside the trailer off when we plug into our house the house breaker immediately trips. I have tried 2 different main cables, different extension cords and different outlets. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance.
