Certainly width wouldn't be the issue. I'm not sure if I've ever seen one that would go that far out as what you would need.

I have just purchased a 2018 starcraft launch 19bhs trailer and besides the "normal" deficiencies with a new trailer and a large water leak on our first trip, we love it. Hopefully even more once the leak is found and repaired, at least I booked the service date when we picked it up in anticipation!
My questions is, we were told that we could have an awning topper installed on the rear slide to stop all of the leaves etc from fouling the seal when we retract and so we don't have the clean it off each time. Just before picking it up, the dealer notified us that their service dept and starcraft themselves suddenly said it was not possible to do on on this model as it is 5' long. Does anyone have any experience with an awning topper on this model? Based on the amount of rain our first night and the amount of noise it made, an awning would sure be great to have!
