Well got to check out the suggestion. I found that the cables were in the wrong spot at the plate. A was B and B was A. Switched them around and now the Sat. works great! Thanks for the suggestion!

I do know that the booster should be off. I will look at the connections next time I have it out but it is put away for the winter here in Michigan. Thanks for the suggestion.

The cable is same for HD as for regular, the TV receiver is the only difference.

On my trailer they wired the back of the antenna booster incorrectly - might want to check that. I assume you know the booster green light must be off for sat to pass through to the TV from outside.

I have directv and in order to get sat Hd service I have to run a line thru the window directly to the box it does not work thru the outside cable/sat connection. I believe it is not set-up for HD probably just standard.

Thanks mine says the same. After some research it looks like I have to unscrew the short jumper from the plate under the tv near the booster and follow the printed directions on the plate .

Pretty sure you just use the external jack (mine says cable/Sat)

I have dish network at home and just ordered a wally receiver and tripod ant. Kit. Can I just connect it to my external jack or do I need a dedicated sat jack
