Thanks for sharing. I have only had the camper a month and they straps have driven me crazy. This is much simpler than what I was cooking up. Thanks.

I just did almost the same thing but I used little carabiners I bought at Wally World. Those plastic hooks are not a good design.

My wife hated and couldn't disconnect the straps that held the beds up during travel. Here's what I did to my 17sb. Hope it could help someone else.
