Exterior bungee cups

We have a 2008 Travel Star 21SSD with the same issue. I bought some "Stayput White Attachment Knobs for Shock Cords used with Canvas Covers, 10 Pack" from Amazon and went to change out the old ones last night and noticed they aren't attached with screws like I thought. It's a project we will work on this weekend and I'll let you know how it goes!

We have a six year old Hybrid Starcraft Travel trailer. The exterior plastic bungee cups on the fold down beds have started to break. They are attached with small, non-removeable (except by drilling out) aluminum, moly type fasteners. How do we fix this?
