FYI, ours had none of the brackets installed. All of the brackets were still in a plastic bag ziptied to the furnace. The furnace was just sitting
in place with nothing holding it in place. The local dealer said it would be several weeks before they could address the problem. I was able to do it myself in about 45 minutes. I shudder to think what could have happened. I also wonder just what was going on at StarCraft when this series of trailers were being built.

Found out some units were missing a bracket on the right side of the heater. Mine had the bracket so all was good. Not much to it.

What was involved in the recall.Heard it was a bracket but the local Camping World needs to see it first to determine what they need. Thought she should know.

FYI. Received a recall notice from StarCraft today. It is for 2015 and 2016 24RLS built between June 2014 and July 2015. Reference to a faulty heater mount bracket.
