Re: Issues with 2018 16rb
Wow ... that does seem pretty extreme. I hope the factory or the dealer take care of that!!

Issues with 2018 16rb
Hi -
Just found this forum and signed up. Last fall we purchased a 2018 16RB from a dealer. We have used it 4 times but have had numerous problems!
- On our first trip, one week after purchase, we found that the roof wasn't on correctly and water was leaking in behind the shower liner and light fixtures
- The electrical wiring needed to be replaced. The technician was unable to find the issue at the dealership, a Starcraft factory worker was sent to the dealership and replaced all the harnesses and outlets in the trailer.
I understand that issues do happen and things will have to be fixed however replacing the entire roof and wiring seems extreme on a brand new trailer that is less than a year old. We've reached out to Starcraft several times on this as well with no real response.
Has anyone else ever encountered issues like this with new Starcraft Trailers? We did do research on the brand prior to purchase and were comfortable with what we found. We love the trailer for its size and ease of towing not to mention it was big upgrade from our 1994 Viking Popup!
