I'm a new owner of the launch 16, could you share some pics of your tongue storage please?
Thanks Dave

I have a 2014 Launch 16rb, purchased used, and the previous owner had installed the same box you described A) First consider the previous post carefully. B) Mine has worked out very nicely to store exterior items i.e.; wheel chocks, stab pads, extension cords, etc.. I'm glad to have the extra storage space.

The only concern would be hitch weight and your TV capacity.

Tongue Storage?

Post by lagunamiata » August 12th, 2016, 12:47 pm

So on one of the Facebook Travel Trailer groups someone posted a photo of their tongue with a narrow truck toolbox bolted on. They moved the battery into the box and have a good bit of extra room, great for hitch bars, chocks, etc.

Has anyone done that on their hybrid? We have a 16rb and it looks like there's some room, but I'll have to move the LP regulator. Any other concerns?
