Always drive with the propane on for the fridge and it has never blown out.

I've put at least 4,000 miles on my 2016 24rls running on propane without any problems. Since these newer frig's don't have a pilot light, I would re-seat all the electrical connections on the control board and wires/plugs going to the igniter. You might have a poor connection that's affected by road vibration. I like to use an electrolytic paste to prevent corrosion in connectors.

Put over 500 miles on my AR this week and no problems with the fridge staying lit.
