2014 starcraft 25' bhs widebody questions

Just bought this unit. First time to own a camper so trying to get up to speed. Its in great shape. Manual doesn't get very specific on how to operate hot water heater. It has a KIB micro monitor system 3 switch. The 2 red switches at the bottom of this panel says pump and heater. I've figured out the pump is for my clean water tank but it's the heater switch Im not sure about. Is the hot water heater on this unit be ran by LP or electric. If so is the heater switch on the KIB panel turn the LP or electricity on? Also i have a couple of unidentified switches. One is set next to the fuse box just below the sink on the cabinet. The other is below the bottom bunk. Any help is appreciated on the hot water heater questions and unidentified switches.
