That window leak was a fairly common problem. They do make a caulk remover. I redid mine within the first year. I looked up how to do it on youtube videos. Youtube is like a little how to university!

I notice when we bought this trailer a week ago, everything on this trailer looked brand new EXCEPT for the sloppy caulking on the front window. It's obvious that that was a problem on this trailer. I'll be watching it closely. Is there a way to "trim" the caulking thats uneven all around the window?

That was a recall item, I believe. You can remove the old caulk and replace with new. It’s not hard to find you tube videos explaining the process. I would recommend you find out if that item is still under recall and have a tech fix it.
No, their is no recall on this unit. I'm out of warranty so they won't touch it!
