I open the white valve below and the water drains out. I think you may have a bad valve or it might be stopped up.

So we just got our 2015 AR one 15rb, and I can't figure out how to drain the fresh water holding tank. I open the white spicket but nothing happens. I'm sure I'm forgetting something stupid. TIA.
