26bhs low point drain

I recently purchased a 26bhs. I have 2 puppies that managed to chew the ends of the red and blue low point drains under the back right side of the trailer. I can’t locate the owners manual. Is there supposed to be anything on the end of the hoses? Is the valve inside the trailer?
