We took our Jayseries Sport Hardside out this weekend (kissing cousins to the Comet), and yes, a screen door would be a bonus. I bought one of those magic screens for my shed .... no way in the world it would get anywhere near my trailer .... the Velcro sticks when it wants etc. Just cheap imported crap.

Welcome and congratulations on the Comet. I look forward to hearing how you like it. Still to cold here in southern Ontario to get the trailer out of storage.

Comet Newbie

Post by HalleysComet » April 6th, 2015, 9:37 pm

Hi all. We just got our brand spankin' new Starcraft Comet last week. Still a little cold for camping where we are (upstate Wyoming), but looking forward to our first trial run soon. A question: any ideas for a screen door for the Comet? thinking maybe one of those "magic" magnetic screens, but not sure it will work. Thoughts? Thanks - will send a photo soon!
