Thanks Larry, that helps. Wish other owners would kick in with positives and negatives.

Overall quality beats the last 3 units I have owned going back to 2004. And it beats or at least equals just about anything on the market today. The industry is building units as fast as it can right now and overall, quality is really bad. I have now used mine for 4 weeks since purchase. I use it 3 weeks at a time doing volunteer work, and I'm in it right now for another 2 weeks. There are 11 other rigs at this project, and none of these friends can believe the quality, features and value at this price. I drove over 900 miles to pick up mine and I am not worried about warranty work. I'm pretty picky and my list so far is 7 items, 3 I've already fixed and the other 4 are small issues. Last month I drove thru torrential rains, lots of cars pulled over, but the shoulders were too narrow for me to stop, not a leak anywhere.retired44 wrote: ↑October 26th, 2018, 4:00 pmI am a prospective Telluride 292RLS owner. I came to this forum to see how current owners are viewing their fiver. The unit has a really great floorplan for my needs, just need to know how the quality stacks up. It would be nice to hear from owners, particularly if you have had a positive experience. I am 420 miles from the nearest dealer that has what I want - so not easy to take it in for warranty work.

Re: 2019 Telluride 292RLS
Hey Larry,
Just found this forum, and glad I found it. Never pulled a fifth wheel but have pulled TT for most of my life. (Popups to 30ft's)
Can't find much about this model on the web, and even harder to find. Have looked at the smaller model and like it and by the floor plan and such we think this might be the one for us. (hope to retire soon) Notice you are from Spicewood Tx, am outside of Houston. Where did you go to pickup your unit? Found a few around and hope to make it to Livingston to see one in person this weekend.
Curious if you got the 4 point leveling system, I think I would like this, if it works, but they are hard to find. (Camping World El Paso has one but they are pricey) Any input, suggestions, would be appreciated. Curious what size bed you have on your truck, any need for a slider hitch? (Looking at getting a 3/4ton Ford with 6 3/4 bed) Probably could pull with my 1/2 ton, but don't think it is really heavy enough.
Thanks and hope to hear from you.

Guess I get to be the first to post in this section. I have owned fivers for 30 yrs and just finished an 1800 mile round trip to pick up this unit. It definitely has the best fit and finish of any unit I have owned in the past 18 yrs. Super floorplan with 2 pantries, coat closet and plenty of dresser drawers. Both pantries and the basement storage all have motion sensing lights. I also like that there are three 20lb propane bottles rather than two 30lb bottles. Then the quiet cool A/C is also better since it will get used most of the time, I can actually hear the TV with the A/C running. I just wish it had 5200 lb axles and 16" tires rather than 4400 lb axles and 15" tires. The unit is about 2" nose high even with my cut down utility bed. I will probably at least change to 16" wheels and tires and that will take care of most of the problem. Will probably post some inside pics once I get all my gear loaded up.
