Dometic fridge in a 2018 Sattelite 17rb

Dometic refridgerator (#2454 ) shows no lights at the control panel. We checked every fuse from battery to converter and the back of the fridge and all were good. No power on ac or dc. We were wondering if we could unplug the unit from the camper and try with a extension cord to the shop to try and find the problem. Any ideas? Thanks .
