Hi, We bought a 2009 Star Craft Star Stream a few months ago. We have been on one short maiden voyage, out three nights just to give it ago. Haven’t camped for years and this is our first camper. We are ready to go! But. We knew the bathroom floor was weak when we bought, tho we had no clue as to how weak. Being an old do it yourself type person I figured I could once again I could get into a “diy” program.
1st issue. Has anyone removed and replaced their floor in an aluminum framed Star Craft where the top layer of plywood was sandwiched between the cabin frame and trailer frame? If so what was your method of repair?
2nd issue. Has anyone information regarding the roof? I climbed up yesterday and to my surprise it felt like you could push it around like putty! It wasn’t like that when I checked it at the end of May. Could it be caused by just the heat? This one has me scratching my head!
All responses would be appreciated.
Thanks, Russel n Jacci
