My advice is be tenacious. Don't wait so long. Call them back and shame them or, better yet, drive out there and ask to speak to the manager and ask why they don't call clients back .... This situation is so prevalent, today. Sorry you have to deal with it.

Hello we have owned a 187tb for a few years now and it has been great on our last trip out we had a rear tire blowout on passenger side of camper,the chewed up tire beat up aluminum skirting ,plastic molding over wheelwell and the black plastic screwed to underside of camper. does anyone know where i can get these parts for camper contacted starcraft they only sell to dealers so i contacted 3 dealers and they all siad they would get right back to me still waiting a month later any help would be greatly appreciated thx Jim
