Just purchased a 2017 Starcraft Launch ultra light 26RLS - one week old

So far loving it - Living in Tallahassee FL, Purchased in Ohio - Maiden trip was camping on the way home - all went well and so far so good.

So far the only issue is gray and fresh water tanks on monitor seem to be switched but maybe a simple solution.

I do have a question you may be able to help with,
Power jack on tongue - Only works when hooked to tow vehicle power - this normal or should it also work under trailer power as well ?
