Yes the doors and hinges (which were pricy but do the job)

Did the hardware come from IKEA also?

The pictures dissapeared when the site hosts changed servers or something too smart for my brain.

I'm gonna guess the shelf was built this way (common to the rest of my trailer)

They installed a 2x2 frame screwed to the walls, then air stapled on the upper or lower panel on the shelf.

To remove the shelf, 1: pull off the upper panel on the base of the shelf as this will be seen less than the lower panel. 2: unscrew the framing members
3- Locate the shelf to the desired height and insert screws. 4- wince over your newly discovered holes in the pretty paneling. 5- search for a few months for the little round contact paper stickers that match the paneling and cover the holes (or just live with the holes)

We were not given suggestions by StarCraft Customer Service except that we could go back to "camping world" and see what THEY say.

Husband is going to move it up himself. He is confident this modification will not be too hard to complete.

I will post the experience here afterwards in case someone else is in the same situation.

In case you may be interested or anyone else for that matter.

We received word from 'customer service' at StarCraft that our overhead shelf height was NOT installed improperly. Note above in my comment to your photo (thanks) , how your shelf was installed far above the wardrobe handles where ours is in line or horizontal to the wardrobe handles.

No, that is where the shelf was.

FWIW we have no problems hitting our heads on the shelf which is about 17 inches tall. The doors are 15 inches tall if I remember correctly.
