I always put a small battery powered fan and 3 artificial ice blocks inside ours to get it cooled down quicker. Makes quite a difference. The refrig in our 2016 24rls is the best one we've had in 4 different RV's. It gets down to 38 degrees or so in about an hour. I don't think the fan helps much once it is cooled down, though. I usually just turn it off at that point.
Another trick I learned to get it cooled down quicker is to run it on propane until it gets down to 38. The propane puts out 3 times as many btu's as electric. Same goes for a real hot day. Run it on propane if the refrig can't keep up.
