You can operate it manually by using the hand crank for your stabilizer jacks or electric drill & socket. There is usually a rubber plug on the top of the motor housing. Once it is removed, you'll see where you need to attach your crank or socket.
Good luck!

Just reread your post. Do you mean your electric tongue JACK?

Mine was doing the same. My inline fuse holder and fuse itself were corroded. I cleaned up both and it worked fine. Push the up or down button while moving the fuse around

Are there fuses on the wires going to the hitch?
Have you tried hot-wiring the hitch ? (sending power directly to the hitch from the battery via another wire)

If you have power, the problem is the switch or the motor or something mechanical. That is the extent of my knowledge. I don't have one. Sorry!!

Hey guys/gals. Just joined today. I've owned a 2014 Autumn Ridge since new in 2014. I've got a problem with my electric hitch. I've currently gotten it on my truck receiver and now the switch wont extend or retract it. There is power and I haven't blown a breaker. Any ideas?
PS. I'm leaving in a few hours so help a brother out! Lol
