Help with replacing a Hybrid roof

I’m working on my 04 Travel Star. It has water damage on the ceiling and roof deck. I have ripped out most of the damage. I’m not sure what type of foam to use to rebuild the ceiling/roof deck. Any ideas what I so use between the Luan panels? Thanks
