Sanitize water tank

if flushed with enough water the bleach smell and taste is none. I've never had a smell or after taste when I sanitize! just don't use more blewach then is recommened in your owners manual.

Thanks Rick, I never considered the bleach smell staying in the tank/lines.

Beginning of the season...... flush the antifreeze and run the fresh water thru, including hot water tank. I don't do the bleach thing, cause u can smell it in the water for sometime after

I do mine when I get it out at the start of every season.

How often does everybody sanitize their fresh water tank?

We just got our camper last fall and used it 4 -5 times before putting it up in storage.

I winterized myself, so I am sure I am capable of sanitizing the system when getting it out of storage.

Just curious how often everybody does it?
