Re: What's in a name!
saw a new version of the AR-One this weekend .....bold new decals and swept back design. Very nice. Have noticed that Jayco has dropped their version of the 15RB on the Swift for 2016. I would be curious to see if StarCraft follows suit. Are they finally realizing the pull out bunk is just not wide ...

Re: Comet Newbie
We took our Jayseries Sport Hardside out this weekend (kissing cousins to the Comet), and yes, a screen door would be a bonus. I bought one of those magic screens for my shed .... no way in the world it would get anywhere near my trailer .... the Velcro sticks when it wants etc. Just cheap imported ...

Time to say Goodbye!

The Ar-One is a terrific camper, but we just found the bunk end (15Rb) just too darn short for us. I did note today, that jayco has discontinued their version for 2016, going to the wider Jayflight...

Steel wool is also good to use around any openings where plumbing etc comes through. I have also heard that peppermint keeps them away. If all fails, get a cat .....

Hi mcmahonm , The Pinery is open all year round, so you can get out before you head overseas. How is Inverhuron? I know it had been closed for some years, never been, but always looking for some where new. As for us, as soon as I am able to get my Ar-One out of my dad's back yard, it'll be time to w...

Re: camping canopy
we bought one at Walmart two falls ago, it was such a good deal we went and grabbed another. It was on clearance for 40 bucks, so, if one ever decides to bite the bullet, we have a backup. We thinks it's the greatest thing since sliced bread ..... up and down in two minutes. The less you have to do ...

Hmmmm ....lets see, reinstall spare tire, propane tank, battery n box, put the plastic bin/drawers over the bathtub, flush the water lines and give it a wax job! Also, I am going to make a frame for a bed so when we don't use the end bunk, we will have a bed where the table is. Last year we did that...
